Best grip for heavy deadlifts
I've tried several brands, but the Laura Star Peak gloves offer the best balance of comfort and grip. The wrist support is sturdy without being too restrictive, and I haven't developed any new calluses since switching to these.

Solid wrist support
The integrated wrist wrap makes a huge difference when pushing heavy on the bench press. It feels secure and the velcro holds tight throughout the entire workout. Highly recommended.

Good value for the price
For the price point, these are hard to beat. The stitching seems robust, and the breathability is decent. I deducted one star because the break-in period was a little longer than expected.

Great quality, runs slightly small
The leather quality is excellent and the padding really helps during high-rep pull-ups. My only note is that they run a bit snug, so consider sizing up if you have wider hands.
Q: Are these gloves machine washable?
A: To maintain the integrity of the leather and the adhesive on the velcro, we recommend hand washing them with mild soap and cold water, then air drying. Machine washing is not advised.
Q: Is the palm padding removable?
A: No, the anti-callus gel padding is permanently stitched into the glove to ensure it stays in place during intense workouts and provides consistent protection.
Q: Do these come in size XXL?
A: Yes, the Laura Star Peak Series is available in sizes ranging from Small to XXL. Please refer to our size chart on the product page to measure your hand circumference for the best fit.
Q: Can I use these for rock climbing?
A: While these gloves provide excellent grip for weightlifting, they are specifically designed for gym equipment like barbells and dumbbells. For technical rock climbing, we recommend specialized climbing shoes and chalk instead.
Q: How long does the wrist support strap last before losing elasticity?
A: With regular use and proper care, the elastic wrist support should retain its tension for over a year. Avoid over-stretching the strap when not in use to prolong its lifespan.
