Excellent build quality from Japan
Received this directly from Japan and the packaging was pristine. The Neon Tobi color is incredibly vibrant in the water. Used it off the coast of Queensland and got a strike within an hour. The action is smooth and realistic.

Great lure, shipping took a while
The lure itself is fantastic. It casts well even in windy conditions and the finish is durable. Only giving 4 stars because direct mail from Japan took about three weeks to arrive, but it was worth the wait.

Good but pricey with shipping
The lure works as advertised and looks great. However, when you add the international shipping costs, it becomes quite expensive compared to local options. Good if you specifically want this colorway.

Authentic DAIWA quality
You can tell this is the genuine article. The hardware is rust-resistant and the paint job is flawless. It swims true right out of the box without any tuning needed.

Monster catcher
This is my go-to lure for kingfish. The 200F size is perfect for targeting larger pelagics. The neon color stands out in murky water. Highly recommend for serious offshore anglers.

Perfect for trolling
Used this while trolling at 6 knots and it maintained a perfect erratic action. Caught a nice yellowtail on the first trip out. The hooks are sharp and strong.
