Easy for beginners
As someone new to tea ceremonies, having the strainer built-in makes things so much easier. I don't need to buy a separate funnel. The instructions included were helpful for care.

Great heat retention
I was worried about the handle getting too hot, but the design keeps it cool enough to hold comfortably even with boiling water. The large capacity is perfect for serving three to four guests at once.

Sturdy and elegant

Beautiful but requires seasoning
Absolutely gorgeous carved details. Just remember that like all Zisha ware, it needs a good rinse and initial brew before the first real use to remove any clay dust. Once seasoned, it enhances the tea flavor nicely.

Q: Is the carving done by machine or hand?
A: Each piece features hand-carved details by skilled artisans in Yixing. Slight variations in the pattern are normal and confirm the authentic handmade nature of the product.
Q: Can I use dish soap to clean this?
A: We strongly advise against using soap or detergents. Zisha clay is porous and will absorb the scent and taste of soap, ruining future tea sessions. Please rinse with hot water only.
Q: What is the exact volume in milliliters?
A: The total capacity is approximately 450ml when filled to the brim. For optimal pouring without spilling, we recommend filling it to about 400ml.
