Does exactly what it says on the tin. It's not the most premium helmet on the market, but for a lightweight secondary shield or for apprentices, it is perfect.

Comfortable headgear

Great visibility, minor fogging

A: Yes, the ratchet suspension system adjusts easily to fit head circumferences ranging from 21 to 24 inches comfortably.

Q: Is the polycarbonate shield resistant to chemical splashes?

A: The shield offers basic resistance to minor splashes, but it is primarily designed for impact protection against flying debris and welding sparks. For heavy chemical handling, specific chemical-resistant goggles are recommended.

Q: Does this helmet come with a dark welding lens included?

A: No, this product is a clear face shield designed to be worn over your existing auto-darkening welding helmet or safety glasses. It provides impact and spark protection but does not filter UV/IR light on its own.

Q: Are replacement visors available for purchase separately?

A: Yes, we sell compatible replacement polycarbonate visors separately. Please search for part number #WSH-VISOR-01 in our store.

Q: How do I clean the visor if it gets covered in spatter?

A: Allow any molten spatter to cool completely before gently peeling it off. For general cleaning, use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the polycarbonate.
