Superior neck protection
Unlike standard helmets, this covers the back of the neck effectively, which is crucial when working overhead. No more burnt neck at the end of the day. The fit is adjustable for different head sizes too.

Best investment for TIG welding
The sensitivity adjustment allows me to weld very low amp TIG without the lens flickering. The shade range is wide enough for both stick and MIG as well. Highly recommend for professional fabricators.

Perfect for outdoor pipeline work
I work on high-altitude pipelines and needed something reliable against wind and bright sun. This helmet locks in place perfectly and the auto-darkening works instantly even in direct sunlight. The head-mounted cap design is a game changer for stability.

Survived a 30-foot drop
Accidentally knocked this off a scaffold onto concrete. Not a scratch on the lens or the shell. The build quality is incredible. If you work at heights, this is the only shield you should trust.

Great visibility, slightly heavy
The clarity of the lens is outstanding, making my argon arc welds much cleaner. It is slightly heavier than my old plastic mask, but the extra protection and durability are worth the trade-off. Very comfortable padding.

Good value, clear instructions
Came well packaged with clear instructions on how to adjust the delay and sensitivity. The solar battery charges quickly. Only minor issue is the knob for adjustment is a bit stiff, but it loosened up after a few uses.
Q: How long does the battery last if I am working in a dark shop without sunlight?
A: The helmet features a non-replaceable lithium backup battery that activates when light is insufficient. It typically lasts for several months of normal use before needing exposure to bright light to recharge.
Q: Is the headgear compatible with a hard hat?
A: This model is designed as a standalone head-mounted cap shield. It is not designed to clip onto a standard hard hat, but it meets impact resistance standards equivalent to many industrial hard hats.
Q: Does this helmet work well in freezing temperatures for winter construction?
A: Yes, the unit is rated for operation down to -5°F (-20°C). The LCD screen and sensors are designed to function reliably in cold high-altitude environments.
Q: Can I replace the inner lens if it gets scratched?
A: Absolutely. Replacement clear cover lenses are standard size and sold separately. We recommend changing them regularly to maintain optimal visibility.
Q: What is the warranty period for the auto-darkening filter?
A: We provide a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in the ADF module and shell integrity. Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse are not covered.
