Reliable gear
I've taken this down to 60 meters multiple times with no issues. The buckle mechanism is easy to operate even with thick gloves on.

Good value for money
Does exactly what it says. I wish the glowing part was slightly brighter, but it is sufficient for most recreational technical dives.

Perfect communication tool
Used this on a recent wreck dive to communicate with my buddy when hand signals weren't enough. The glow feature helped us locate it quickly in the silt.

Great quality, stiff strap initially
The writing surface is perfect and erases cleanly. The wrist strap was a bit stiff out of the box but softened up after a few dives. Highly recommend for recording gas mixes.

Compact and functional
Fits perfectly on my left wrist without interfering with my gauge console. The HDPE material feels robust and ready for heavy use.

Essential for Tech Dives
This slate is incredibly durable and the wrist mount is secure even in strong currents. The luminous edges are a nice touch for low-light cave penetrations.
Q: What is the best way to erase the writing underwater if needed?
A: You can rub the surface against a rough part of your exposure suit, a dedicated abrasive pad, or the bottom of your fin blade to erase marks underwater.
Q: Is the wrist strap adjustable for large drysuit gloves?
A: Yes, the strap features an extended adjustment range specifically designed to fit over thick neoprene or drysuit gloves comfortably.
Q: Can I use a standard ballpoint pen on this slate underwater?
A: No, standard ballpoint pens will not work underwater. Please use only graphite pencils or specialized grease pencils designed for underwater use.
Q: Does this product come with a pencil attached?
A: No, the slate is sold separately from writing instruments. We recommend purchasing a mechanical graphite pencil with a lanyard separately.
Q: How long does the luminous glow last after being exposed to light?
A: After exposure to a dive torch or sunlight for about 30 seconds, the luminous edges will glow visibly for approximately 15 to 20 minutes in dark conditions.
