Solid development board
Using this for a sensor data logging project. The ADC performance is decent. Only wish the USB connector felt a bit more sturdy.

Good board for the price
Works well for general development. The headers were not soldered which is fine, but would be nice to have an option. Overall solid value.
Q: Does this board support the Arduino IDE?

Q: Does it come with a pre-installed bootloader?

A: No, the board does not include an ST-Link debugger. You will need to purchase a separate ST-Link V2 or V3 for debugging if required.
