Reliable signal

Been using this for a tracking project. The sensitivity is decent for the price point. Make sure you have a clear view of the sky.

Perfect for my drone

Integrated this with an APM2.5 flight controller without issues. Signal stability is good during flight. Highly recommend for UAV builds.

Works great with Arduino

Good value for money

The module works well once it gets a lock. Took a bit longer than expected indoors, but that is normal for GPS. Clear sky view is necessary.

A: GPS modules require a clear view of the sky to connect to satellites. Indoor usage typically results in no signal or very weak data.

Q: What library do you recommend for Arduino?

A: We recommend using the TinyGPS++ or Adafruit GPS libraries. Both are well-supported and easy to integrate with this module.

Q: How long does the first lock take?

A: For a cold start, it typically takes around 30 seconds. Subsequent hot starts are much faster if satellite data is cached.

Q: Is 5V input safe for this board?

A: Yes, the module includes an onboard voltage regulator that accepts 3.3V to 5V DC input safely.
