Solid performance
Does exactly what it says. Wish the terminal blocks were included for power input, but soldering was easy.

Good value but needs external power
Great board for the price. Just remember not to power servos directly from the Pi GPIO. Used external 5V and it runs smooth.

Perfect for my hexapod
Worked flawlessly with my Raspberry Pi. The I2C connection is stable and the library support is excellent.
Q: Is this compatible with 3.3V logic?
A: Yes, the board supports both 3.3V and 5V logic levels.
Q: What library do you recommend?
A: We recommend the Adafruit PCA9685 library for Arduino and Python.
Q: Can I stack multiple boards?
A: Yes, you can stack up to 62 boards using address jumpers.
Q: Can it drive high torque servos?
A: It controls the signal only. Ensure you have an adequate external power supply for high torque servos.
Q: Does it come with headers?
A: Yes, the board comes with pre-soldered pin headers ready for breadboard use.
