Perfect for our busy takeout counter
We installed these at our fried chicken shop to keep bags warm while customers wait. It works perfectly and the dual zones let us adjust heat for different bag sizes. Very durable so far.

Exactly what we needed for KFC style service

Sturdy and reliable

Good product but takes time to heat
The mat works well once it gets going, but it takes about 5-7 minutes to reach max temperature. Just something to keep in mind if you need instant heat. Otherwise, quality seems good.

Employees love it too
Primarily bought to keep food warm, but our staff uses the empty side as a heated mouse pad during slow shifts. It's surprisingly comfortable and keeps hands warm in our cold walk-in adjacent area.

Great warmth, easy to clean
Bought this for our cafe counter. Spills wipe right off the surface which is a huge plus. The only reason for 4 stars is the cord could be a bit longer for our specific outlet setup.

A: The surface is water-resistant. You should immediately unplug the unit, wipe the spill with a damp cloth, and ensure the area is completely dry before plugging it back in. Do not pour liquids directly onto the control panel.
