A: We package them very securely, but if any damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or full refund.

A: No, we use only natural beeswax and linseed oil for the finish, making them safe for display around children and pets.
Q: Can I customize the color or add names to the ornaments?
A: Currently, we only offer the natural wood finish as shown. Custom engraving services are not available at this time.
