Great quality, slightly slow shipping
The crystal itself is flawless and the laser engraving captured my dog's face perfectly. It took about 5 days to arrive instead of the estimated 3, but the quality made up for the wait. My wife loved it.

Perfect Valentine's Surprise

Stunning Anniversary Gift
I ordered this for our fifth anniversary with a photo from our wedding day. The internal engraving is incredibly detailed and looks like it's floating in the glass. The LED base makes it glow beautifully at night. Highly recommended!

Good product, base button is stiff
The crystal engraving is beautiful and clear. However, the button on the LED base to change colors is a bit hard to press. Otherwise, it's a lovely personalized item.
Q: What image resolution do I need to upload for the best results?
A: For optimal clarity, we recommend uploading images with a resolution of at least 1200x1200 pixels. Higher resolutions allow our lasers to capture finer details in the engraving.
Q: Can I add text along with the photo engraving?
A: Yes, you can add a short line of text, such as a name or date, below or above the image during the customization step. Please keep text under 20 characters for the best aesthetic balance.
Q: Can you engrave a photo with multiple people in it?
A: Yes, absolutely! Our 3D laser technology can handle group photos effectively. Just ensure that the faces are well-lit and not too small within the frame for the best recognition.
Q: Does the LED base come with batteries or is it plug-in only?
A: The standard LED base included with the crystal is USB powered and comes with a cable. We also offer an optional battery-operated base upgrade if you prefer cordless display.
Q: How do I clean the crystal without damaging the engraving?
A: Since the engraving is inside the glass, you can safely clean the exterior with a soft microfiber cloth and standard glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.
