Great likeness, slight delay
The final product looks exactly like the digital proof I approved. It took a day longer than expected to ship, but the quality made up for it.
Q: Is the artwork fragile? Will beads fall off?
A: Once assembled, the beads are ironed and fused together permanently. They will not fall off under normal handling, but we recommend avoiding dropping the item.
Q: Do you offer rush shipping for last-minute gifts?
A: We offer expedited production and shipping options at checkout. Please select 'Rush Order' to get your item within 3-4 business days total.
Q: Can I buy just the blueprint without the beads?
A: Currently, we only sell the complete package including materials and the finished assembly service. Digital blueprints alone are not available for purchase.
Q: How do I submit my photo for customization?
A: After placing your order, you will receive an email with a secure upload link where you can attach your high-resolution photo and special instructions.
Q: Can I request specific background colors for the portrait?
