Excellent vibration damping
Replaced a worn-out coupling on a pump motor with the ROTEX GS 28. The noise level dropped significantly immediately after installation. The aluminum alloy construction helps with heat dissipation too.

Great product, shipping took a while
The coupling itself is fantastic. We use size 38 on a conveyor system, and it handles the load beautifully. Only giving 4 stars because international shipping took longer than expected, but the product quality makes up for it.

Perfect fit for our CNC machine
We ordered the size 24 coupling for a retrofit project. The build quality is exceptional, and the aluminum housing is lightweight yet durable. Installation was straightforward, and it eliminated the vibration issues we were having with the old brand.

Genuine KTR quality
It can be hard to find genuine imported parts, but this is definitely the real deal. The machining tolerances are precise, and the spider element fits perfectly without any forcing. Highly recommended for precision applications.
Q: Can I mix different hub styles on the same spider?
A: Yes, the ROTEX GS system allows for various hub combinations (e.g., pilot bore, finished bore, taper lock) as long as they are the same size number and compatible with the spider geometry.
Q: What is the maximum bore size available for the size 42 model?
A: For the size 42 coupling, the maximum bore diameter typically supports up to 45mm depending on the specific hub configuration. Please contact us with your shaft requirements for a custom quote.
Q: Do you provide technical drawings for CAD integration?
A: Absolutely. You can download 2D and 3D CAD models for all KTR ROTEX GS sizes directly from the manufacturer's website or request them via our support channel.
Q: Is this suitable for outdoor applications exposed to rain?
A: The aluminum alloy hubs are corrosion-resistant, but for harsh outdoor environments, we recommend applying additional protective coating or selecting a stainless steel variant if available. The standard spider is oil and grease resistant.
Q: Does this coupling come with the spider element included?
A: Yes, the ROTEX GS coupling comes complete with the standard spider element installed. Replacement spiders are available separately if needed in the future.
