Best choice for servo applications
After trying several brands, this one offers the best balance of flexibility and torque transmission. My system responds much faster now. Will buy again.

Solid construction
Very well machined parts. The anodized finish looks professional. I deducted one star only because the installation instructions could be more detailed, but overall a great product.

Perfect for my CNC upgrade
These couplings fit perfectly on my servo motor setup. The zero backlash is noticeable in the precision of the cuts. Highly recommended for anyone upgrading their machine.

Reliable for lead screws
Used these on a 3D printer build for the Z-axis lead screws. They handle the misalignment perfectly and have been running smoothly for months without issues.

Excellent vibration damping
I replaced my old rigid coupling with this diaphragm type, and the noise reduction is significant. The elastic design really helps smooth out the motor operation.

Great quality, slightly tight fit
The aluminum alloy feels very durable. The clamp was a bit tight initially, but once installed, it holds the shaft securely without slipping. Good value for the price.
Q: Can this be used in outdoor environments?
A: While the anodized finish provides good corrosion resistance, we recommend using protective housing if the coupling will be exposed to rain or harsh chemicals outdoors.
Q: Do I need special tools to install the clamp hubs?
A: No special tools are required. A standard hex key (Allen wrench) included with the package is sufficient to tighten the clamp screws securely.
Q: Is this suitable for high-speed applications?
A: Absolutely. The balanced aluminum alloy design allows for high-speed rotation without significant vibration, making it ideal for servo motor applications.
Q: Does this coupling come in different bore sizes?
A: Yes, we offer a wide range of bore sizes to fit various motor shafts and lead screws. Please check the specific variant options or contact us for custom sizing.
Q: What is the maximum angular misalignment this can handle?
A: The single diaphragm version typically handles up to 1 degree, while the double diaphragm version can accommodate up to 2 degrees of angular misalignment.
