Works well but shipping was slow

The product functions exactly as described and fits perfectly. However, the shipping took longer than expected. Once installed, prints are coming out great though.

Excellent upgrade

This is a direct fit for the Creality CR-6 SE. The thermal performance is stable even during long prints. I appreciate that it comes with a spare nozzle as well.

Great value for money

Perfect replacement for my CR-6 SE

Good quality but instructions could be better

The part itself feels very solid and well-made. Heating is consistent and fast. I deducted one star because the wiring diagram included was a bit faint, but I figured it out eventually.

Solved my under-extrusion issues

I was struggling with under-extrusion on large prints. Swapping to this full assembly fixed the problem instantly. It handles PLA and PETG without any temperature fluctuations.

5 FAQ

Q: Do I need to level the bed again after installing this?

A: Yes, whenever you replace the hotend or nozzle, it is best practice to re-level your build plate and adjust the Z-offset to ensure perfect first layers.

Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?

A: This package includes the full hotend assembly, fan, and nozzle, but it does not include a silicone sock. Those can be purchased separately if needed.

Q: Is this compatible with the standard Ender 3?

A: No, this hotend assembly is specifically designed for the Creality CR-6 SE. The mounting points and wiring differ from the Ender 3 series.

Q: Is the thermistor pre-installed?

A: Yes, the NTC 100K thermistor is already installed and secured within the assembly, so you do not need to install it yourself.

Q: What is the maximum temperature this hotend can handle?

A: The stock nozzle and heater are rated for up to 260°C, which is suitable for PLA, PETG, and ABS. For higher temperature filaments, we recommend upgrading to an all-metal hotend.
