Excellent for framing

Smooth sliding action
They fit the T-slot perfectly. I was worried they might be too loose, but the grip is just right for adjustable positioning.

Good but tight fit
Quality seems solid. Required a little force to slide them into the channel initially, but once in place, they are very stable.
