Durable material
The stainless steel bellows look robust. No vibration issues so far.
Description
This high-torque bellows coupling connects stepper motor lead screws for precise motion control applications. Constructed from precision aluminum alloy and 45# stainless steel, the clamping design ensures rigid torque transmission without backlash. The component features a flexible stainless steel bellows element to accommodate misalignment while maintaining rotational accuracy. Regularly inspect the clamping screws to ensure they remain tightened to the specified torque for optimal performance.
