A: Yes, all batches come with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) verifying the carbon steel grade and hardness treatment.
Q: How are the nuts packaged to prevent damage during transit?
A: They are packed in sealed plastic bags within reinforced export cartons, secured on wooden pallets for bulk orders.
Q: What is the maximum diameter you can forge?
A: For cold forging, we handle up to 30mm. For larger diameters, we recommend CNC machining which can accommodate up to 100mm.
Q: Can you manufacture left-hand threads for these nuts?
A: Yes, we can produce left-hand threads via CNC machining. Please specify the thread direction in your custom order requirements.
Q: Is stainless steel an option for this product?
A: This listing is for carbon steel, but we do offer stainless steel variants. Please contact us directly for a custom quote on SS materials.
