Wire length insufficient
Functionality is good and the sensor detects water accurately. However, the probe wires were too short for my deep tank and I had to extend them.

Reliable for pool top-up

Works well, instructions vague
The module works perfectly for controlling my sump pump. I wish the wiring diagram was a bit clearer for beginners, but once set up it is solid.
Q: Does it stop the pump automatically?
A: Yes, the module is designed to cut power to the pump when the high water level is detected and resume when the level drops.
Q: Can this handle 220V pumps directly?
A: No, this is a 12V control module. It controls a relay which can switch higher voltages, but the module itself requires 12V DC input.
Q: Are the probes food grade?
A: The probes are made of Stainless Steel 304 which is non-corrosive and safe for water storage, but we do not certify it for direct drinking water contact.
Q: What is the max cable extension?
A: You can extend the probe cables up to 10 meters without significant signal loss, provided you use proper insulated wire.
Q: Is the controller waterproof?
A: The controller box is IP65 rated, meaning it is protected against water jets, but it should not be fully submerged underwater.
