Documentation could be better
The module works but the pinout diagram on the back was faint. Had to look up the datasheet online to confirm VCC and GND.

Good accuracy, slow update
The sensor is accurate compared to my multimeter. However, the sampling rate is a bit slow for rapid temperature changes. Good for steady states.

Solid build quality
PCB looks well manufactured. The screw terminals hold the thermocouple wires securely. No issues with noise so far.

Excellent for DIY Projects
Used this with an Arduino Uno for a kiln monitor. Readings are stable and the library support is abundant. Highly recommend for hobbyists.
