Good module, tricky config
Hardware is solid. Getting the UART commands right took some trial and error. Works great now.

Q: Can this detect motion through a plastic cover?
A: Yes, non-metallic materials like plastic generally do not block the 24 GHz signal.

A: The module itself is not weatherproof. It should be housed in an IP-rated enclosure for outdoor use.

A: No, it comes pre-calibrated. However, sensitivity can be adjusted via serial commands if needed.
