Good accuracy, minor calibration needed
Works well out of the box but I had to calibrate the dry/wet values in my code. Solid build quality.

Great upgrade from resistive sensors
Finally a sensor that doesn't corrode after a week. Works perfectly with my ESP32 project.

No more rust!
I killed three resistive sensors before buying this. This capacitive one is still working after 2 months in soil.

Easy to use with Mixly
Plug and play. The analog readings are stable and consistent. Highly recommended for beginners.
Q: Is a library required for Mixly?
A: No, you can read the analog pin directly without specific libraries.
Q: Can I leave this in the soil permanently?
A: Yes, the gold plating prevents corrosion, allowing for long-term insertion.
Q: Does it work with 3.3V logic?
A: Yes, it operates between 3.3V and 5V, making it compatible with most microcontrollers.
Q: Is this waterproof?
A: The probe is corrosion-resistant and safe for soil, but the electronics board should not be submerged.
Q: What is the output range?
A: The analog output voltage ranges from 0V to 3V depending on moisture levels.
