Good value for bulk buying
Great product for the price. The lower grits (80-200) are very aggressive and removed material quickly. Just be careful not to apply too much pressure initially.

Perfect for fine jade work
The grit consistency is excellent. I used the 1200 and 3000 grades for the final polish on several jade pieces, and the finish came out mirror-smooth without scratching.

Excellent for detailing

Effective but messy
The abrasive power is top-notch, but like any fine powder, it can get everywhere. Make sure to use it in a controlled environment or with proper containment.
Q: What safety gear should I wear when using this?
A: We strongly recommend wearing a dust mask or respirator, safety goggles, and gloves to prevent inhalation of fine particles and eye irritation.
Q: Does this come in larger bulk sizes?
A: Currently, the standard package is 1kg. For industrial bulk orders exceeding 10kg, please contact our sales team directly for a custom quote.
Q: How do I separate the different grits if they are mixed?
A: Our product is typically sold in specific grit batches. If you require multiple stages, we suggest purchasing individual packs for 80, 400, 1200, and 3000 grits separately.
Q: Can this sand be used wet?
A: Yes, this silicon carbide abrasive is designed for both wet and dry applications. Using it wet helps reduce dust and keeps the workpiece cooler.
Q: Is this suitable for glass polishing?
A: While primarily marketed for jade, silicon carbide is effective on glass as well. We recommend starting with a higher grit like 600 to avoid deep scratches.
