Reliable for daily use
We have been using this in our busy diner for three weeks now. It handles the rush hour traffic well. The only improvement would be a slightly larger capacity, but for the size, it is very efficient.

Sturdy and easy to install
Installation was incredibly easy thanks to the strong adhesive strips. It looks professional on the wall. I took off one star because the smoke grey color is slightly darker than it appeared in the photos, but it still looks great.

Good but adhesive needs clean surface
The dispenser itself works well, but make sure you clean the wall thoroughly with alcohol before sticking it on. I had to re-stick one unit because the surface wasn't clean enough initially. Once properly applied, it is very secure.

A: While the dispenser feels sticky immediately, we recommend pressing it firmly against the wall for 30 seconds and waiting 24 hours before loading it with napkins to ensure the adhesive reaches maximum bond strength.
Q: Is this dispenser lockable to prevent theft?
A: This specific model features a snap-close lid for easy refilling but does not include a locking mechanism. If you require a locked dispenser for high-security areas, please check our 'Commercial Lockable Series'.
Q: Can this be removed later without damaging the wall?
