Good concept, sensor issues
The unit works well overall, but the infrared sensor on the dryer sometimes triggers when people just walk by without stopping. Had to adjust the sensitivity settings.

Maintenance dream
As a cleaning contractor, I love how easy this is to service. The trash bin slides out smoothly, and the paper towel mechanism rarely jams. Highly recommend for commercial use.

Energy efficient choice
We chose this for our LEED certification project. The automatic shut-off and efficient motor help reduce energy consumption. Installation required a professional electrician, which added to the cost.

Sleek look but loud dryer
The aesthetic is exactly what we needed for our modern renovation. It disappears into the wall nicely. My only complaint is that the hand dryer is quite loud compared to our previous units.

A: The unit comes with a comprehensive 3-year warranty covering the motor, sensors, and structural components. Labor costs for on-site repair are covered for the first year.
Q: Is the stainless steel finish resistant to corrosion in humid environments?
A: Absolutely. We use grade 304 stainless steel with a specialized anti-fingerprint and corrosion-resistant coating, making it ideal for high-humidity areas like showers or pool restrooms.
Q: What type of paper towels fit best in this dispenser?
A: This unit is designed for standard jumbo roll paper towels with a core diameter of up to 3 inches. It accommodates both folded and continuous roll formats depending on the internal guide setup.
Q: Does this unit require a specific rough-in size for installation?
A: Yes, the required rough-in dimensions are 22.5" H x 12.5" W x 9" D. Please refer to the installation manual for exact framing requirements before cutting into the wall.
Q: Can the hand dryer be disabled if we only want the dispenser and trash bin?
A: The hand dryer module is integrated into the control board. While it can be technically disconnected by an electrician, doing so may void the warranty. We recommend using the low-power mode instead.
