Sturdy and crystal clear

Used this for a new patio canopy. The material feels very solid and rigid. After three months of direct sunlight and heavy rain, there is no sign of yellowing or clouding. Highly recommend for outdoor structures.

Perfect replacement for broken greenhouse glass

I replaced the shattered glass panels on my backyard greenhouse with this PC board. It was incredibly easy to cut to size with a standard circular saw. The clarity is amazing, and my plants are getting plenty of light without the risk of sharp shards.

Easy DIY installation

Great product, careful with drilling

The sheet quality is excellent and very transparent. Just make sure to use a sharp drill bit and go slowly when making holes to avoid cracking near the edges. Once installed, it looks fantastic and lets in so much light.

Good value for money

Compared to tempered glass, this is much lighter and safer to handle alone. The transparency is high, though not quite 100% invisible like premium glass, but for a canopy, it is more than sufficient. Very happy with the purchase.

Better than expected durability

We live in an area prone to hail storms. Last week we had a severe storm, and while my neighbor's glass skylight cracked, this PC board didn't even get a scratch. It's peace of mind worth every penny.

Q: Do you offer custom cutting services before shipping?

A: Currently, we ship full standard-sized sheets to ensure safe transport. However, the material is designed to be easily custom-cut by the end-user using standard woodworking tools. We provide a detailed cutting guide with every order.

Q: Is this material flammable?

A: The PC endurance board is self-extinguishing and carries a B1 fire rating according to DIN 4102 standards. It will not readily sustain a flame once the ignition source is removed.

Q: Can this board be cut with a regular hand saw?

A: Yes, the PC endurance board can be easily cut using a fine-tooth hand saw, circular saw, or jigsaw. For the cleanest edges, we recommend using a blade designed for plastics or non-ferrous metals.

Q: Will this turn yellow after a few years in the sun?

A: Our boards feature a co-extruded UV protective layer on both sides specifically designed to prevent yellowing and degradation. We back this with a 10-year warranty against significant loss of light transmission due to yellowing.

Q: What is the maximum span this sheet can cover without sagging?

A: The maximum span depends on the thickness selected and the load requirements (snow/wind). Generally, a 4mm sheet can span up to 80cm, while a 6mm sheet can span up to 120cm between supports. Please consult our loading chart for specific engineering data.
