Survived a storm!

Great quality, tricky installation
The fabric itself is excellent quality and looks beautiful on my patio. The only reason for 4 stars is that the instructions for threading it onto the roller could be clearer. Once installed, though, it works perfectly.

Good value for money
For the price, you really cannot beat the quality. It is thick, feels sturdy, and the waterproofing works as advertised. I deducted one star simply because shipping took a bit longer than expected.

Excellent UV blocking
I measured the temperature under the awning compared to direct sunlight, and the difference is remarkable. It blocks the heat effectively while still letting some ambient light through. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for our school playground
We installed this fabric over the kindergarten play area, and it has made a huge difference. The kids can play outside even on sunny days without getting too hot. It seems very durable and the color hasn't faded after a full summer.
Q: Is this material suitable for winter storage outdoors?
A: While the fabric is weather-resistant, we recommend retracting the awning during heavy snow or extreme winter conditions to prolong its lifespan. It can withstand cold temperatures, but accumulated snow weight can damage the frame.
Q: What is the best way to clean mold or mildew if it appears?
A: Mix a solution of warm water and mild soap with a cup of bleach per gallon of water. Gently scrub with a soft brush, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to dry completely before retracting the awning.
Q: Does the navy blue color fade quickly in direct sun?
A: Our fabric features solution-dyed acrylic technology which locks color into the fibers. Significant fading typically does not occur for 3-5 years even with daily sun exposure, thanks to the UPF 50+ protection.
Q: Can this fabric be cut to custom sizes at home?
