Good quality, check your dimensions

Solid performer
Works great for standard PLA and PETG printing. I haven't tested it with high-temp materials yet, but for general use, it is a reliable component. One star off because the wire could be slightly longer.

Perfect replacement for my Ender 3
This heating rod fits perfectly into my hotend block. The temperature stability is excellent, and it heats up much faster than my old worn-out one. Great value for the price.

Reliable and fast shipping
I bought the 24V 40W version for my custom printer project. It maintains temperature very well even during high-speed printing. No issues so far after two weeks of continuous use.
Q: Does this come with thermal paste included?
A: No, this listing is for the heating rod only. We recommend applying fresh thermal paste between the heater and the heat block for optimal performance.
Q: How do I determine the correct length for my printer?
A: Please remove your current heating element and measure the metal shaft length excluding the wires. Common lengths are 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, and 30mm. Refer to your printer's manual if unsure.
Q: Is the wire flexible enough for tight spaces?
A: Yes, the wire is covered in high-temperature silicone insulation which remains flexible even after repeated heating cycles, making it suitable for tight cable management.
Q: What is the maximum operating temperature for this rod?
A: These cartridge heaters are designed to safely operate up to 300°C (572°F), which covers most common 3D printing filaments including ABS and Nylon.
Q: Can I use the 24V heater on a 12V system?
A: No, please match the voltage exactly. Using a 24V heater on a 12V system will result in insufficient heating (only 25% power output), while using a 12V heater on 24V may damage the component.
