Comfortable and effective
The fabric is soft against the skin and the velcro is strong. It provides immediate relief once opened. Will definitely be purchasing refills.

Life saver during my period
These patches provide consistent warmth that really helps soothe my cramps. The mugwort scent is very calming and not overpowering. The velcro belt keeps everything securely in place even when I move around.

Great heat, slight smell
The heating element works perfectly and lasts the whole work day. I deducted one star only because the herbal smell is quite strong, though I know some people love that authentic mugwort odor.

Good but runs out fast
The product works as described and feels nice, but I wish the heat lasted closer to 10 hours. Mine usually fade after about 6 hours, which is okay but not great for long days.

Better than electric heaters

Highly recommend for winter
Not just for periods! I use these whenever my lower back feels stiff from the cold. The warmth penetrates well and the adhesive sticks nicely to the fabric of the belt.
Q: How do I activate the heating?
A: Simply remove the patch from its individual sealed packaging and expose it to air. The iron powder inside will react with oxygen to generate heat within 5 to 10 minutes. Attach it to the inner side of the belt.
Q: What is the maximum waist size this fits?
A: The adjustable Velcro belt is designed to comfortably fit waist sizes ranging from 24 inches up to 42 inches, accommodating most body types.
Q: Is the belt washable?
A: Yes, the reusable Velcro belt is washable. Please remove any used patches before washing. We recommend hand washing with mild soap and air drying to preserve the Velcro's grip.
Q: Can I sleep with this patch on?
A: While the patch is safe, we generally recommend using it while awake to monitor temperature and ensure comfort. The heat generation is active and might be too warm for uninterrupted sleep for some users.
Q: Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
A: The patch itself does not directly touch your skin as it adheres to the cloth belt. However, if you have sensitivities to mugwort or strong herbal scents, please test for a short duration first.
