Good relief
Does exactly what it says. The herbal smell takes a day to get used to if you aren't familiar with mugwort, but it fades quickly. Very comfortable design.

Great quality, nice smell
I was skeptical about the moxibustion aspect, but the heat really does help relax the muscles. The material is soft against the skin. Only wish it came with more patches.

Unlike winter versions, this one isn't too heavy or hot. It's perfect for the transitional weather. Helped significantly with cramping without making me sweat.
