Great heat, lasts all day
I was skeptical about how long the heat would last, but it genuinely stayed warm for my entire work shift. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the adhesive felt a bit strong when removing it from sensitive skin.

Better than a heating pad
Unlike electric heating pads, I can wear this under my clothes while running errands. The motherwort formula seems to add an extra layer of comfort. Highly recommend for anyone who suffers from cold hands and feet too.

Very effective warming patch
