Great for menstrual cramps
I bought these specifically for period pain, and they work wonders. The heat is consistent and doesn't get too hot to burn the skin. Much more convenient than a hot water bottle.

Good value for money
Solid product. They take about 15 minutes to reach full temperature, so plan ahead. Once they are warm, they stay that way for a good 8-9 hours in my experience. Adhesive is strong enough to stay put on clothes.

Reliable heat source
Used these while camping in cold weather. They provided steady warmth throughout the night when placed in my sleeping bag. Just make sure not to place them directly on bare skin to avoid irritation.

Perfect for office work
My office is always freezing, and these patches keep my core warm without needing a bulky sweater. They are thin enough to wear under regular clothing without anyone noticing.

Lifesaver during winter months
These patches are incredible. I stick one on my lower back before heading out for my morning walk, and the heat lasts the entire time. It's gentle but effective warmth that really helps with my stiff joints.

Highly recommend
I've tried several brands, but Beibear seems to have the most consistent heat distribution. No cold spots, and the packaging is easy to open even with cold hands.
Q: How long does it take for the patch to start heating up?
A: Once removed from the airtight packaging and exposed to air, the patch typically begins to generate heat within 10 to 15 minutes, reaching its optimal temperature shortly after.
Q: Can these patches be worn directly on the skin?
A: We recommend applying the patch to your underwear or outer clothing rather than directly on the skin to prevent potential low-temperature burns or irritation, especially for those with sensitive skin.
Q: Are these safe to use while sleeping?
A: Yes, many customers use them overnight for comfort. However, please ensure they are applied to clothing and not directly on the skin, and check that you do not have any conditions that reduce sensitivity to heat.
Q: What should I do if a patch doesn't heat up?
A: If a patch fails to heat up, it may have been exposed to air before opening or the seal was compromised. Please contact our support team with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement.
Q: Can I reuse the patches after they cool down?
A: No, these are single-use items. Once the chemical reaction completes and the patch cools down, it cannot be reactivated. Please dispose of them in regular household waste.
