Very comfortable

A: While the fabric is soft and safe for skin, the current version is not fully biodegradable due to the adhesive layer. Please dispose of them in regular trash.

Q: Is the adhesive strong enough for exercise?

A: The medical-grade adhesive is quite strong and holds well during moderate activity. However, for intense workouts with excessive friction, you may want to check the placement occasionally.

Q: Can these be worn with sleeveless tops?
