Noticed less friction immediately after installation. Great replacement part for older machines.
Q: Which model fits a 2mm wire diameter?
A: For 2mm wire, we recommend the SZV4-12 or SZU4-12 depending on your groove preference.
Q: Can this handle high-speed feeding?
A: Yes, these pulleys are rated up to 3500 RPM, suitable for most high-speed wire feeding applications.
Q: Is the material magnetic?
A: 304 Stainless Steel is generally non-magnetic or slightly magnetic depending on the manufacturing process.
Q: What is the difference between V and U groove?
A: V-Groove provides better traction for driving wire, while U-Groove is gentler and reduces marking on soft wires.
Q: Is additional lubrication required?
A: The bearings come pre-lubricated and sealed. No additional lubrication is needed for standard use.
