Smooth operation
Using these for a linear actuator project. Very quiet and minimal friction. Excellent manufacturer direct pricing.
Q: Do these come pre-lubricated?
A: Yes, all blocks come with a light coat of factory grease. We recommend adding specific linear guide grease for long-term use.
Q: Is this compatible with Hiwin MGN12?
A: This is a square rail series, not round MGN. Please check our round rail section for MGN compatibility.
Q: Are the mounting holes threaded or clearance?
A: The rails feature clearance holes for standard M5 bolts. Threaded inserts are available upon request.
Q: What is the maximum speed rating?
A: These rails are rated for speeds up to 2 meters per second depending on load and lubrication.
Q: Can I cut the rails to size myself?
A: We do not recommend cutting hardened rails yourself as it may affect precision. Please order custom lengths from us.
