Perfect fit for my CNC router
Ordered the 12mm version for a gantry upgrade. The housing is solid aluminum and the bearing slides smoothly on the shaft. Mounting holes were perfectly aligned.

Excellent stability
Very rigid mounting compared to plastic alternatives. Using these on a 3D printer Z-axis and there is zero wobble. Highly recommend for precision work.

Dimensions check needed
Product works fine but make sure to check the mounting hole spacing against your design files. It was slightly different from the generic CAD model I downloaded.
