Great for engraving bits
I use this for PCB engraving and it works flawlessly. The grip on the 1mm shafts is excellent. No vibration noticed during operation.

Perfect fit for my micro drill
This adapter sleeve fits perfectly into my B10 chuck. The runout is minimal and holds my 3mm bits securely without slipping. Great quality for the price.

Works as expected
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Allows me to use smaller shank tools in my existing setup. Would recommend for DIY projects.

Good quality but tight
The steel feels very solid and hardened. It was a bit tight fitting into my chuck at first, but after a few uses it seated well. Holds small bits nicely.

Solid construction
Arrived quickly and well packaged. The machining looks precise. I haven't had any issues with slippage even under moderate load.
Q: Can it hold a 1mm shaft securely?
A: Yes, the clamping range starts at 0.6 mm, so a 1 mm shaft is well within the secure holding capacity.
Q: What is the maximum recommended RPM for this sleeve?
A: It is rated for standard high-speed operations up to 30,000 RPM when used within the specified clamping range.
Q: Does this come with a removal slot or nut?
A: This is a standard split sleeve design that fits into a B10 chuck. It does not include a separate locking nut.
Q: Is the steel hardened to prevent wear?
A: Yes, the sleeve is made from heat-treated bearing steel with a hardness of HRC 58-62 for durability.
Q: Will this fit a standard Dremel rotary tool?
A: No, this adapter is designed for B10 taper chucks, not standard Dremel collets. Please check your machine's spindle taper type.
