Sturdy but tight fit

The build quality is excellent and they feel very strong. Just be aware that the fit is quite tight, so you might need a rubber mallet to tap them into thicker boards.

Good but check your board thickness

They work well, but make sure your wood is within the specified thickness range. I tried using them on a very thin plywood sheet and they didn't grip well.

Q: What is the maximum weight these can support for a bed frame?

A: When used in pairs as intended, each set can support up to 50 kg. For a standard double bed, we recommend using at least 4 to 6 pairs distributed evenly.

Q: Can I remove and reuse these if I make a mistake during assembly?

A: While they can be pried out with a flathead screwdriver, reusability is not guaranteed. The gripping teeth may lose some tension after removal, so we recommend using new ones for critical joints.

Q: Do these require any glue or screws to stay in place?

A: No, these are designed as snap-in connectors. Once inserted into the pre-drilled hole, the barbed edges grip the wood firmly without additional adhesives or fasteners.

Q: Will these work on particle board or only solid wood?

A: They work on both solid wood and high-density particle board, provided the material is not crumbly. The board must be thick enough (16mm+) to hold the grip.

Q: Are these sold individually or in sets?

A: This product is sold in a package of 20 pieces, which equals 10 pairs. This is usually sufficient for assembling one standard bed frame or several shelves.
