Perfect for drills and warm-ups

I bought this primarily for hand-eye coordination drills before my games. The weight distribution is excellent, and it feels very balanced in the hands. It's not a heavy lumber piece, which is exactly what I needed for speed training.

Great quality, sleek design

Excellent for reaction training

As a coach, I recommend these for players working on swing speed. The reduced mass forces you to generate your own power while maintaining form. The Summit Dragon branding is a nice touch too.
