Perfect for incremental loading

Solid construction

Heavy duty iron plates. The chrome finish protects against rust which is important in my garage gym. Would recommend buying pairs though.

Excellent quality for the price

These plates are solid pure iron with a nice chrome finish. They fit my Olympic bar perfectly without any wobble. Great addition to my home gym.

A: The 20kg pure iron plate is approximately 4.5cm thick. Please note that dimensions may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process of cast iron.

Q: Are these plates compatible with standard 1-inch bars?

A: No, these plates have a 31mm hole diameter designed specifically for Olympic-style bars (2-inch sleeves). They will not fit standard 1-inch bars.

Q: Can these be used for dumbbell assemblies?

A: Absolutely. As long as your dumbbell handle has an Olympic sleeve (31mm diameter), these plates are perfectly suitable for building custom dumbbells.

Q: Will the electroplated finish chip off easily?
