Excellent value with all accessories included

Everything you need comes in the box. The cleaning rod is sturdy, and the glue holds the membrane well. The bitter bamboo has a nice weight and doesn't feel cheap like plastic alternatives.

Great quality, needs careful membrane setup

The bamboo quality is excellent and the tuning is accurate. However, applying the di mo (membrane) took a few tries to get right. Once set up properly, the tone is beautiful and resonant.

Beautiful tone, slightly strong smell initially

The flute produces a warm, traditional sound. There was a strong bamboo smell when I first opened it, but it faded after airing it out for a day. Highly recommend for beginners.

Q: How do I clean the inside of the bamboo flute?

A: Use the included soft cleaning rod with a microfiber cloth attached. Gently slide it through the bore after each use to remove moisture. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners on the bamboo.

Q: Does this come with extra di mo (membranes)?

A: Yes, the package includes a small pack of spare di mo membranes along with the specialized glue needed to attach them to the flute.

Q: Which key is best for a 7-year-old child?

A: For children aged 6-9, we generally recommend the G-key flute as it is shorter and the finger holes are closer together, making it easier for smaller hands to cover them comfortably.
