Best upgrade I've made this year
Upgraded from an older wired pair and the difference is night and day. The clarity in vocals during podcasts is fantastic. The IPX7 rating gives me peace of mind in the rain.

Great value for the price
I was skeptical about the ANC at this price point, but it works surprisingly well on the subway. The only minor issue is that the touch controls can be a bit sensitive sometimes.

Perfect for my morning runs
These earphones stay in place no matter how intense my workout gets. The sound quality is crisp, and the bass is punchy without being overwhelming. Battery life easily lasts through my longest training sessions.

Impressive battery life
I charge these maybe once a week with moderate daily use. The quick charge feature is a lifesaver when I forget to charge them overnight. Sound isolation is excellent.

Comfortable for long wear
I wear these for 4-5 hours while working from home, and my ears never feel fatigued. The transparency mode is very natural. Would give 5 stars if the app had more EQ presets.

Seamless connection with my iPhone
Pairing was instant. I love that I can switch between my phone and tablet effortlessly. The case is compact and fits easily into my pocket. Highly recommend for Apple users.
Q: How do I reset the earbuds if they won't pair?
A: Place both earbuds in the case, keep the lid open, and press and hold the button on the back of the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and white. Then try pairing again.
Q: Is the charging case compatible with MagSafe chargers?
A: The case supports standard Qi wireless charging. While it does not have built-in magnets for MagSafe alignment, it will still charge on MagSafe pads, though it may not snap into place as securely.
Q: Are replacement ear tips available?
A: Yes, the package includes three sizes of silicone tips (S, M, L). Additional replacement sets in various materials can be purchased separately from our accessories store.
Q: Can I use just one earbud at a time?
A: Yes, the Pro4 Gen2 supports mono mode, allowing you to use either the left or right earbud independently while the other charges.
Q: Does this model support multipoint connection?
A: Yes, the Bluetooth Earphones Pro4 Gen2 supports multipoint connectivity, allowing you to stay connected to two devices simultaneously, such as a laptop and a smartphone.
