5 FAQ
Q: Are these beads sold individually or by strand?
A: These are sold as loose beads. Please check the quantity selector at the top of the page to choose how many pieces you would like to purchase.
Q: Does the agarwood have a strong scent?
A: Natural Qinan Agarwood typically has a subtle, woody aroma. It is not overpowering and may fade slightly over time, which is normal for natural wood.
Q: Will the gold plating tarnish quickly?
A: Our gold plating is high quality, but like all plated items, it can tarnish if exposed to water, perfume, or sweat frequently. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming or showering.
Q: Can I return these if the color doesn't match my project?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 30 days provided the beads are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that slight variations in wood grain are natural and not considered defects.
Q: Is the hole large enough for standard leather cord?
A: Yes, the hole diameter is approximately 2.0mm, which fits most standard leather cords and beading wires up to 1.8mm thick.
