Beautiful but slightly smaller than expected
The bracelet is stunning and the scent is genuine Qinan. I just wished the beads were slightly larger, but the irregular shape makes up for it.
Q: Can this bracelet get wet?
A: We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, soap, or perfumes to preserve the natural scent and integrity of the agarwood. Please remove it before swimming or showering.
Q: Does it come with a certificate of authenticity?
A: Absolutely. Each bracelet includes a certificate verifying the origin and species of the agarwood, along with our premium gift packaging.
Q: Is the scent strong enough to last all day?
A: Yes, the natural oils in the Vietnam Hui'an Qinan provide a long-lasting fragrance that develops beautifully over time, especially when warmed by body heat.
Q: How do I clean the beads if they get dusty?
A: Simply use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the beads. Avoid using chemical cleaners or water, as this may affect the natural aroma.
Q: Is the string elastic or adjustable?
A: The bracelet features a high-quality elastic cord that allows for easy wearing and removal while maintaining a secure fit on various wrist sizes.
