Waterproof claim is true
Accidentally spilled water on a labeled cup, and the ink didn't run at all. These are definitely waterproof as advertised. Great for condensation-heavy drinks.

Great quality, fast shipping
Ordered custom QR code labels for our organic fruit line. They stuck well to the uneven surface of the apples. Only minor issue was the matte finish was slightly less glossy than expected, but still looks professional.
