Great value but needs smooth floor
Works exactly as described. Just make sure your floor is very smooth; it slipped a bit on my textured wood until I moved it to the bathroom tiles. Once set up, it's rock solid.

Motivates me to exercise daily

Good but not for heavy users
It works well for standard crunches. However, I am over 250 lbs and I feel like I need to be careful with dynamic movements. For lighter users, this would be a 5-star product.

Perfect for home workouts!
