Essential tool for students

Battery life is impressive

Easy to use interface
The buttons are responsive and the menu is intuitive. My only minor complaint is that the clip could be slightly wider for thicker headstocks, but it works fine on my Yangqin.

Sturdy and reliable
I appreciate the thickened design; it feels much more durable than other plastic tuners I have owned. It hasn't warped in my instrument case despite temperature changes.

A: Yes, because it utilizes a piezoelectric sensor that detects vibrations directly from the instrument body, background noise does not interfere with tuning accuracy.
Q: Is the battery replaceable?
A: Yes, the device uses a standard CR2032 button battery which is easily replaceable when depleted.
Q: Does this tuner work with other string instruments like the Guzheng?
A: While it is optimized for the Yangqin, the chromatic mode allows it to tune most standard string instruments including the Guzheng, Erhu, and guitar.
Q: What happens if I drop the tuner?
A: The thickened non-deforming design provides excellent shock resistance. While we recommend handling with care, it is built to withstand minor accidental drops.
