Good performance, minor software quirks
Mechanically, this balancer is top-notch. The spindle alignment is perfect out of the box. There were occasional lag issues with the touchscreen software, but a firmware update from support resolved most of them. Overall very satisfied.

Perfect for our pump manufacturing line
We needed something capable of handling variable rotor sizes quickly. The YYW-5000B adapts well to different geometries. The reporting feature allows us to export balance data directly to our quality control system, which is a huge plus.

Great value for high-capacity balancing
Compared to European brands, this offers similar performance at a much better price point. The digital readout is clear, and the safety guards are robust. It has significantly reduced our rework rate on large fans and pumps.

Solid machine, steep learning curve
The build quality is excellent and it handles our 4-ton motor rotors without vibration issues. The software interface took our team a few days to master, but once configured, it works flawlessly. Support was helpful during initialization.

Q: How often does the machine require recalibration?
A: Under normal operating conditions, we recommend annual recalibration to maintain G0.4 precision. If the machine is moved or subjected to heavy impact, immediate recalibration is advised.

A: Yes, the standard package includes a full set of certified calibration weights suitable for the 5000kg capacity, along with the necessary mounting tools.

A: The YYW-5000B is designed primarily for between-bearing rotors. However, with the optional overhung attachment kit (sold separately), it can accommodate certain overhung configurations within specified weight limits.
