Exceeded expectations
Bought this for a garden party and guests were amazed. The heart shape is very romantic, and the mist cools down the area slightly on hot days. Great investment for event planners.

Perfect for our summer wedding!

Great visual impact
Installed this at our amusement park entrance. It draws a lot of attention and people love taking videos with it. The only reason for 4 stars is that the water tank needs refilling every few hours during peak times.

Beautiful but needs space
The effect is absolutely magical, especially at night. Just make sure you have enough vertical space because it is quite tall. The remote control works from a good distance which is convenient.

Sturdy and reliable
Been using this outdoors for two months now. The stainless steel frame holds up well against wind, and the motor is quiet. The fog output is consistent, making it perfect for evening events.
Q: Can this be left outside in the rain?
A: While the frame is weather-resistant, the electrical components and motor housing are not fully waterproof. We recommend using it under a canopy or bringing it indoors during heavy rain.
Q: Can the heart shape be changed to a circle or square?
A: The current model is fixed as a heart shape. However, we offer custom fabrication services for different shapes if you contact our sales team directly before ordering.
Q: How long does the 5L tank last on continuous mode?
A: On the highest mist setting, the 5L tank typically lasts about 3 to 4 hours. On medium or low settings, it can last up to 8 hours.
Q: Is it safe to use around children and pets?
A: Yes, it is completely safe. The mist is made from water, and the LEDs do not generate significant heat. The frame has rounded edges to prevent injury.
Q: Does this unit come with the fog liquid or just water?
A: This unit operates using standard tap water; no special fog fluid is required. It uses an ultrasonic misting technology to create the effect.
